JoAnn
Cavallaro is a founding partner of DeCava
Consulting. She brings a rich body of experience to her clients, having spent 25
years in the corporate sector as an executive with Charter Communication,
MediaOne, Century Communications and SNET/ATT. She has had P&L
responsibility and has led operations, customer care and strategic planning
organizations. JoAnn is recognized for her pioneering work in labor/management
relations, organizational effectiveness, and for introducing industry-first
initiatives to transform service delivery. As a consultant, JoAnn applies this
expertise, insight and fundamental understanding of issues and solutions to
companies in diverse industries including financial services, human services,
broadband, telecom, and consumer/retail. She focuses on the strategic and
operational challenges confronting leaders of both large enterprises and
entrepreneurial firms, and she partners with executives to develop strategies
for effective results-driven implementation. JoAnn is a passionate leader of
change and has worked with all levels of individuals and teams to develop their
vision and to execute to achieve desired results.
Louise
DeIasi
is a founding partner of DeCava
Consulting with over 20 years of consulting, training
and management experience. Throughout her career,
her approach has been one of collaboration with her
clients to achieve their desired results in the areas
of strategy implementation, cross functional collaboration,
team development and the design and delivery of management
development programs. As the Regional Managing Director
at Interaction Associates, Louise led a team of consultants
who doubled the revenue in the region over 18 month.
Her consulting clients include companies in financial
services, manufacturing, telecommunications, advertising
and the non-profit sector. This diverse background
has enabled her to quickly understand the industry
and business culture of her clients and develop approaches
which are designed for them. Her focus on the transfer
of learning enables her clients to continue to apply
new skills and processes after the engagement is completed.
Patrick
Sullivan
has over 25 years consulting,
management and training experience, in both in the
US and abroad. Throughout his career, Patrick has
demonstrated a passion for helping business leaders
obtain results from their intended strategy. The core
of his work has been strategy execution, core business
process design and change management. He has held
several leadership positions over the years including,
Digital Equipment Corporation, Coopers & Lybrand
and most recently as Vice President of Business Realization
at Fidelity Investments. His international consulting
and management experience has included work in Asia
and Latin America enabling him to design flexible
and adaptable processes, tools and ways of communicating
that are unique to the organization culture and operations.
Patrick is an adjunct professor at Northeastern
University Graduate School.
